A treatment session is any follow up appointments following initial evaluation to continue treatment, implement manual bodywork modalities, oral motor training, developmental therapy, implement or change up strategies and ongoing education and caregiver support. Sessions will always be followed up with detailed notes and a home exercise program.

A bodywork session includes a blend of craniosacral fascial therapy and traditional occupational therapy focused manual therapy. These techniques will work to promote therapeutic and functional movement.

Packages

I am happy to work with families to create discounted treatment packages based on their child’s needs. If you are receiving a treatment package, the package amount is due up front. You will receive 5% off of 4-6 treatment sessions, and 10% off of 8+ treatment sessions (treatment frequency is determined by parent and therapist collaboration based on evaluation). If you are facing financial hardship, I am happy to work with you!

Those early days are a sacred time for mother and baby. I understand how many appointments you may have with your baby, and being at home, relaxed and being able to bond with your baby is vital for a new mama. If you would like an in home session, please reach out before booking a session online. Due to the logistics of travel, I need to be able to book travel time with your session! :)

Payment Info

Wholisitic Foundations OT is an out of network provider and not accepting insurance. However, a super-bill can be provided upon request for potential insurance reimbursement. Please check with insurance provider for out of network OT coverage. Your credit card or HSA card will be securely saved and automatically billed via IVY pay after each session. I also accept cash/check.
